I haven't been using GMBMY for long. For the last 8 months I experienced allergic reactions when I tried which has to do that my body was very inflamed. I've used other Root supplements in the meantime to ease toxin load and inflammation. I'm so pleased that my body is slowly healing and now I can use GMBMY. My body seems to be 'hungry' for it, as more healing needs to be done. I'm very happy with GMBMY and all the other Root supplements I'm using.

I’ve been putting GMBMY in my coffee every morning for the last 3 weeks and I do believe it has strengthened my immune system…I feel like it’s a bit too early to evaluate the effect on my skin. although I notice a difference, I also started making my own lotion and face cream.
