Zero-In is ROOT's caffeine capsule, in a small bottle that is easy to carry. Each capsule combines a proprietary blend of amino acids and botanicals with 100 mg of caffeine and vitamin D. For comparison, 100 mg of caffeine is in the same range as a regular cup of brewed coffee.
Zero-In is one of the three products in ROOT's Trinity routine, alongside Clean Slate and Restore, and it's also part of the Value Pack.
According to ROOT's current US Supplement Facts label, one capsule provides:
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), silicon dioxide, arrowroot, magnesium stearate.
Allergen note (from the label): produced in a facility that may also process wheat, milk, egg, soybeans, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.
ROOT's label says: take one capsule as desired daily, in the morning, afternoon or evening. It is not recommended to exceed four capsules a day.
Zero-In is for adults who already enjoy caffeine and like the convenience of a capsule they can take on the go. It suits people who prefer capsules to other formats and like a set daily routine. If you are sensitive to caffeine, take medication or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare professional before use.

Volgens het etiket van ROOT bevat elke capsule 100 mg watervrije cafeïne. Dat is ongeveer evenveel als in een gewone kop filterkoffie.
Het etiket van ROOT noemt naar wens één capsule per dag en raadt af om meer dan vier capsules per dag te nemen. Houd ook rekening met cafeïne uit andere bronnen, zoals koffie en thee.
