No. Each product has its own directions. Clean Slate is taken morning and evening, Zero-In whenever suits you, and Restore once a day. Our Trinity routine guide shows one simple way to plan it.
Zero-In does: 100 mg per capsule. Clean Slate and Restore do not list caffeine on their labels.
At the labels' suggested use, Clean Slate and Restore last about 30 days. Zero-In has 60 capsules, so it lasts about 60 days at one capsule a day.
