Pre-Contract Information

Before you place an order, please read the following information. It forms part of your contract with us.

The main characteristics of each product (contents, ingredients, quantity and directions) are shown on its product page, based on ROOT's official product information. The products ordered and their quantities appear in your order summary.

3. Price

The total price, including any shipping costs, is shown in your order summary before you place the order and in your confirmation email. Prices match ROOT's official prices and are updated weekly; the price shown when you place your order is binding. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are not included and are paid by you.

4. Payment

Your contract with us is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email (the one containing our bank details). Payment is by bank transfer only, using your order number as the reference. Payment must arrive within 3 business days or the order is cancelled automatically. For international transfers, transfer time and any bank or SWIFT fees are yours. You can check out without creating an account.

5. Delivery

We place your order with ROOT within 1–2 business days of receiving payment, and ROOT ships it directly to you from Franklin, Tennessee, USA, or one of its regional warehouses. Within the US, ROOT delivers in 3–5 business days. For other destinations, ROOT publishes only general regional estimates and doesn't specify shipping costs for most countries; please write to us before ordering. See our shipping page.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Details, exceptions and a model form are on our right of withdrawal page. In addition, ROOT's 30-day return policy applies, as explained on our returns page.

7. Complaints

Please send complaints to the contact details in section 1. Consumers in Turkey may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts; consumers elsewhere may use the bodies and courts competent under their national law.

8. Buying directly from ROOT

If you use a "Buy from ROOT" link instead, your contract is with ROOT (Root Wellness, LLC) under ROOT's terms, not with us.
