2. Products and prices

• We sell genuine ROOT products. Product descriptions are based on ROOT's official product information and labels.
• Our prices match ROOT's official prices for the store that corresponds to your language version (on the English site, ROOT's US store in US dollars). We check and update them every week.
• The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay, even if prices change afterwards.
• Prices are final prices, including any applicable taxes. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are not included and are paid by the recipient.

3. How an order works

You must be at least 18 years old to order (the same age limit as in ROOT's terms of service).

1. Order placed (Awaiting payment): you check out as a guest (no customer account is needed) and receive a confirmation email with our bank details. Your contract with us is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email (the one containing our bank details).
2. Payment received: we confirm by email once your transfer has arrived.
3. Ordered from ROOT: within 1–2 business days of receiving payment, we place your order with ROOT as the seller, on our own account, using your delivery address.
4. Shipped: ROOT (Root Wellness, LLC, Franklin, Tennessee) ships the order directly to you from one of its fulfillment centers. We send you the tracking details when available.

4. Payment

• Payment is by bank transfer only. We don't accept card payments on this site.
• Please use your order number as the payment reference.
• Payment must arrive within 3 business days of your order. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that, and we'll let you know by email.
• For international (SWIFT) transfers, transfer times and any bank or SWIFT fees are the sender's responsibility. The full order amount must reach our account.
• If you prefer to pay by card, you can buy directly from ROOT using the "Buy from ROOT" button (see section 7).

5. Shipping

Shipping follows ROOT's shipping conditions, as described on our shipping page. Where ROOT's current terms don't specify a delivery time or rate for your destination, please write to us before ordering.

6. Returns and withdrawal

Returns follow ROOT's return policy: within 30 days of purchase, for a refund of 100% of the product price, excluding shipping. Details are on our returns page. Your statutory right of withdrawal, where it applies, is explained on our right of withdrawal page and is not affected by these terms.

7. Buying directly from ROOT

If you click "Buy from ROOT", you leave this site and order on ROOT's official store. In that case, your purchase contract is with ROOT (Root Wellness, LLC), and ROOT's terms, prices, payment methods, shipping and return conditions apply. Our referral code is included in the link; your price is the same.

8. Product information and use

ROOT's supplements are food supplements; please follow the directions for use on the label.

9. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of residence. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live. Consumers in Turkey can apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
