Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

To exercise your right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email or letter, to the seller details below. You can use the model form at the end of this page, but you don't have to. It's enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We refund by bank transfer to the account you tell us. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please contact us before sending anything back: we'll give you the return address provided by ROOT. Send the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you notify us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. This can apply to food supplements and cosmetics.

ROOT's 30-day return policy

Separately from your statutory right, ROOT's return policy lets you return products within 30 days of purchase for a refund of 100% of the product price, excluding shipping. ROOT's policy doesn't require products to be unopened. ROOT excludes the book Cure the Causes from its policy, but that exclusion doesn't limit your statutory right of withdrawal.
