What is ROOT Prime?

ROOT Prime is a loyalty membership programme that ROOT runs in its own store and describes as free. Members set up a subscription and their chosen ROOT products are shipped to them automatically every 30 days. ROOT calls this subscription RPS (ROOT Prime Subscription), and membership starts with the first RPS order.

In short, ROOT Prime is for people who would rather have a regular delivery plan than reorder the same products every month.

Member benefits listed by ROOT

ROOT presents the benefits on its ROOT Prime page as graphics rather than text. As of October 2026, those graphics show the following headings:

• Subscribe & Save: ROOT pairs regular deliveries with a price benefit; current terms are shown in ROOT's store.
• Loyalty reward: the graphics show a loyalty reward in the form of a gift card.
• Shipping benefits: the graphics mention “Shipping Tokens” and a benefit relating to shipping costs.
• VIP customer support: a support line reserved for Prime members.

What these benefits include, how much they are worth and in which countries they apply is decided by ROOT and may change over time. ROOT's official ROOT Prime page is always the binding source.

ROOT Prime vs. ordering on this site

• ROOT Prime is a subscription you set up directly with ROOT. Sign-up, payment and managing the subscription all happen in ROOT's store under ROOT's terms.
• On this site we only take one-off orders. You pay us by bank transfer, and we place the order with ROOT as the seller, on our own account, using your delivery address. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic deliveries.

Both are valid ways to get original ROOT products. If you like deciding each month, a one-off order works well; if you'd rather not think about reordering, ROOT Prime may suit you better.

Changes, cancellations and returns

How to join

You join ROOT Prime in ROOT's store, and ROOT asks for a referral code when you register. The “Buy from ROOT” links on our site include our code.
