What is Restore?
Restore is ROOT's liquid daily formula, made to be an easy addition to an active lifestyle. ROOT combines a selection of botanical extracts and nutrients in one convenient serving, using a proprietary, patented process. The current version comes in 30 single-serve packs of 0.5 fl oz (15 ml) each: one pack a day for 30 days.
Restore is the third product in ROOT's Trinity routine, together with Clean Slate and Zero-In, and it appears in the Duo Pack, Trinity Pack and Trinity Pack Plus.
Ingredients
According to ROOT's current US Supplement Facts label, one pack (15 ml) provides 10 calories, 2 g total carbohydrate, 2 g total sugars (including 2 g added sugars) and 5 mg sodium, plus:
- Raspberry fruit extract (ketones): 125 mg
- D-ribose: 125 mg
- Apple cider vinegar: 99 mg
- Turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa, 95% curcumin): 87 mg
- Black cumin seed oil: 87 mg
- Polygonum cuspidatum root extract (resveratrol): 50 mg
- Aloe vera inner leaf powder (Aloe barbadensis): 5 mg
Other ingredients: purified water, organic evaporated cane juice, natural flavor, cellulose, xanthan gum, monk fruit extract, potassium sorbate, citrus extract (orange extract), citric acid.
Allergen note (from the label): produced in a facility that may also process wheat, milk, egg, soybeans, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.
How to use Restore
ROOT's product description suggests one pack a day. ROOT's dosage card adds a few practical tips:
- To start out, you can take one-third to one full pack.
- Take it in the morning or in the evening, with or without food.
- Restore can be added to smoothies and yogurt.
