What is Zero-In?
Zero-In is ROOT's caffeine capsule, in a small bottle that is easy to carry. Each capsule combines a proprietary blend of amino acids and botanicals with 100 mg of caffeine and vitamin D. For comparison, 100 mg of caffeine is in the same range as a regular cup of brewed coffee.
Zero-In is one of the three products in ROOT's Trinity routine, alongside Clean Slate and Restore, and it's also part of the Value Pack.
Ingredients
According to ROOT's current US Supplement Facts label, one capsule provides:
- 12 HBP proprietary blend, 575 mg: N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, L-theanine, velvet bean seed powder (Mucuna pruriens), pine bark extract (98% proanthocyanidins), turmeric root extract (95% curcuminoids)
- Anhydrous caffeine: 100 mg
- Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol): 25 mcg (125% Daily Value)
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), silicon dioxide, arrowroot, magnesium stearate.
Allergen note (from the label): produced in a facility that may also process wheat, milk, egg, soybeans, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.
How to use Zero-In
ROOT's label says: take one capsule as desired daily, in the morning, afternoon or evening. It is not recommended to exceed four capsules a day.
- Count Zero-In as part of your daily caffeine intake, including coffee, tea and energy drinks.
- If caffeine affects your sleep, take your capsule earlier in the day.
- Because it contains caffeine, Zero-In isn't recommended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
