Clean Slate, Zero-In and Restore are the three products at the heart of ROOT's range. Together they're known as the Trinity, and they're sold as a set in the Trinity Pack and Trinity Pack Plus. This guide shows how to fit all three into an ordinary day, using only the directions on ROOT's labels and product information.
Always read the label on the products you receive, as it's the final reference, and talk to your healthcare professional before starting if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition.

Clean Slate: morning and evening
Clean Slate is a liquid silica supplement with vitamin C and trace minerals. ROOT's label recommends it for adults: up to 10 drops by mouth, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
Tips
- Link your servings to fixed points in your day, such as breakfast and brushing your teeth at night.
- Count the drops rather than guessing; 10 drops is the upper amount per serving.
- Close the bottle after each use and store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
At two servings a day, one 30 ml bottle (about 60 servings) lasts roughly a month.
Zero-In: when it suits your day
Zero-In is a capsule with a botanical and amino acid blend, vitamin D and 100 mg of caffeine. ROOT's label says to take one capsule as desired daily, in the morning, afternoon or evening, and not to exceed four capsules a day.
Caffeine matters
Each capsule contains about as much caffeine as a regular cup of brewed coffee. That shapes how you plan it:
- Count Zero-In as part of your daily caffeine, along with coffee, tea, cola and energy drinks.
- If caffeine affects your sleep, keep Zero-In to the morning or early afternoon, even though the label allows evening use.
- Zero-In isn't recommended for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you're sensitive to caffeine, talk to your healthcare professional first.
Restore: one pack a day
Restore is a liquid daily formula in single-serve packs, with botanical extracts such as turmeric, resveratrol, black cumin seed oil and raspberry ketones. ROOT suggests one pack a day. Its dosage card adds that you can start with one-third to one full pack, take it in the morning or evening, with or without food, and add it to smoothies or yogurt.
Tips
- If you start with part of a pack, close it and finish it the same day.
- The packs are easy to take with you, which helps on travel days.
- Each pack contains 2 g of added sugars and 10 calories, which is useful to know if you track your intake.
A sample day
There's no single right way to combine the three. ROOT's labels give you flexibility. Here's one simple schedule that follows all three labels:
- Morning, with breakfast: Clean Slate (up to 10 drops), Restore (one pack, on its own or in a smoothie or yogurt), Zero-In (one capsule).
- Evening: Clean Slate (up to 10 drops).
Prefer your Zero-In later? Take it at lunchtime instead. Prefer Restore in the evening? The dosage card allows that too. What matters is staying within the amounts on each label.
Practical habits that help
- Keep everything in one place. A spot on the kitchen counter, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children, makes the routine easy to remember.
- Stay hydrated. Drinking enough water through the day is a good everyday habit, whatever your routine.
- Don't double up. If you miss a serving, simply continue with the next one rather than taking extra.
- Check other products. If you use other supplements, look at the ingredients for overlaps, for example vitamin D or caffeine.
- Plan your reorder. Clean Slate and Restore each last about 30 days; Zero-In lasts about 60 days at one capsule a day. Trinity Pack Plus includes a second box of Restore if you go through it faster.
Read the label, every time
Product formats and labels can change; Restore, for example, used to come as 15 packs of 30 ml and now comes as 30 packs of 15 ml. The directions on the label of the product in your hands always come first. If anything is unclear, ask us, and for anything health-related, ask your doctor.
