What is Give Me Back My Youth?
Give Me Back My Youth (GMBMY) is a ROOT powder with a refreshingly short ingredient list: hydrolyzed bovine collagen and whole colostrum powder in equal parts. Collagen is a structural protein, and hydrolyzed collagen is the form most often used in powders because it stirs easily into drinks. Colostrum is the first milk a cow produces after giving birth.
ROOT created GMBMY as a proprietary collagen and colostrum blend to make part of a daily wellness routine. The playful name is simply the product's brand name.
